COLLECTIONS
The Library offers a diverse collection of print books, digital media, audiobooks, and specialized materials like large print and Spanish-language books to serve the entire community. We prioritize accessibility and inclusivity, reflecting the interests and needs of our patrons. This year, thanks to the Texas Book Festival Library Enhancement Grant, we added $2,500 in new English and Spanish board books for our youngest readers. With expanded digital resources, STEAM kits, and targeted programming, the Library continues to support learning, personal growth, and community goals in Farmers Branch.

The book selection is very good, with a regular selection of new releases. I also enjoy the view out of the north windows with the pond. The building is quiet, comfortable, and it is a very relaxing place to read. I also appreciate the electric vehicle chargers in the parking lot.”

Programs
Over the past year, our Library has proudly hosted a diverse range of successful programs for all ages. These initiatives have not only resonated with our community, but have also created meaningful connections, enriched learning experiences, and enhanced the lives of our patrons.
A big thank you to the staff. The Library is such a welcoming space for all ages. I am truly thankful for the staff and their efforts to ensure we all feel welcome. There are so many events that cater to all ages, which is
the reason why this library is the best one I’ve been to.”

Summer Reading
This summer, the Library invited patrons of all ages to embark on an epic journey with ‘Adventure Begins at Your Library!’ Participants collected badges and entries for our grand prize drawings by diving into books, enjoying movies, and attending programs. It was an unforgettable season of exploration, fun, and discovery at the Library.
